I have been using Kadala for days and days and days to get ancient set hands, but every time I get the ancient Lavishing Gloves, I never get both 1) the correct stats on the item, nor 2) rolls that are at least as good as my current non-ancient, due to the fact that they do not benefit from being ancient. I currently have a preeeetty good non-ancient roll on these gloves: Int 741, Attack speed 6%, crit hit 9.5%, and crit dmg 50% (the int could be area dmg to improve, but forget that for a moment, I dont think that is impacted by ancient, either). None of these properties, other than the int, are improved with ancients. The best stat rolls are attack speed (or int), crit hit chance, crit dmg, and area dmg. I am a necro and my hands are currently equipped with Lavishing Gloves. As you all know, Caldesann's can only be applied to ancient items.
